NWP Resourcing (NWPR) is set to create numerous mechanical and electrical jobs in Birmingham in early 2018. The resourcing company will begin working on various construction projects in the city and as a result, is commencing its recruitment drive in December.
The recruitment drive is a result of the acquisition of numerous major construction projects by NWPR’s partner company NWP Electrical and Mechanical which will be carrying out first and second fixes on the projects.
The company is looking for skilled mechanical and electrical staff, including plumbers, electricians, laggers and duct fitters. It is welcoming applications from individuals as well as teams with experience in large-scale projects and will be able to offer long-term work with competitive salaries.
NWPR Senior Operations Manager Kate Russel said, “We’re heading into the New Year with a wealth of roles for experienced trades professionals. It’s an exciting time for the company and we encourage applications from all M&E trades personnel. They can expect to work on interesting, long-term projects and will be able to take advantage of our completion and loyalty bonuses.”
Successful candidates will work on various projects including student accommodation and commercial properties. For those that complete the project over the long-term, they are offered a completion and loyalty bonus.
Kate continued “This is just one of many projects we’re currently recruiting for in the country. We have others in Bournemouth, Chester and Lancaster.”
